Subscription Policy

THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS IMPORTANT TERMS WHICH AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS.

This subscription policy is a supplementary agreement to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of WaveHue. This policy is an inseparable part of the above agreements and holds the same legal effect. In case of any conflict between this policy and the aforementioned agreements, the content of this policy shall prevail. Any matters not mentioned in this policy will continue to be governed by the above agreements.

WaveHue offers a subscription option, allowing users to choose based on their needs. The plan includes pricing and subscription duration, with a monthly payment option.

Upon subscribing to WaveHue Plus, users may upgrade to WaveHue Ultra in accordance with the applicable terms and pricing.

App Store Payment: Subscription fees will be charged to the payment method linked to your account in the app store (such as Google Play or Apple App Store), including credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, etc. Depending on your location, certain sales taxes may be applied, and they may vary over time.

Price Changes: Subscription fees and services provided may be subject to change at any time. Users are advised to review updates in a timely manner and decide whether to upgrade based on their individual needs.

After subscribing, auto-renewal is enabled by default. This means the subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period, and the fee will be charged to the user's account until the subscription is canceled.

If the user purchases a subscription, it will automatically renew until the user cancels, in accordance with the terms disclosed at the time of purchase. Auto-renewal fees will be charged based on the original price of the selected subscription plan. If the price changes upon renewal, users will be notified in advance and can choose to cancel.

Subscription fees will be deducted from the payment method linked to the user's account. If the payment method is unsuccessful (e.g., expired credit card or insufficient funds), the subscription will be paused until the payment issue is resolved.

For automatic renewals, the user agrees that WaveHue is authorized to charge the user on a recurring basis prior to each renewal. To cancel the subscription, you can follow the procedure to turn off auto-renew in the settings in the Google Play or Apple App Store. Deleting the WaveHue app or your user account is not enough to cancel the subscription. After cancellation, users can continue using membership features until the current subscription period ends.

After canceling the subscription, users can still access membership features until the current subscription period ends. The user's access to membership benefits will not immediately expire. Cancellations will take effect for the next billing period.

Non-Refundable: You will not receive a refund for any payments made, even if you paid for multiple billing periods.

Can create basic profiles, browse profiles, send messages, a limited number of Say Hi and etc.

WaveHue may experience service interruptions due to technical issues, server maintenance, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, network failures). WaveHue will strive to minimize downtime and notify users in advance.

WaveHue reserves the right to modify, remove, or add membership features at any time. Users should stay informed of relevant updates in a timely manner.

Data Collected: WaveHue collects basic personal information (e.g., user name, gender, age, location) and user behavior data (e.g., match history, messages sent, etc.) to enhance the user experience.

WaveHue values and respects your legal rights to privacy when collecting, storing, using and transmitting personal data. For more information, please refer to WaveHue's Privacy Policy.

Any dispute, controversy, difference or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination thereof or any dispute regarding non-contractual obligations arising out of or relating to it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted. The applicable law of this arbitration clause shall be Hong Kong law. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.
